Employer Registration of Interest

Tech Lancaster is currently facilitating initial interviews for our Participants connecting them to Employer Supporters across England to help the electronics industry across England access new talent for free.

To become Employer Supporter and easily connect to our talent pool at no cost please register below and we will send you details of our programme and a curated list and biographies of our recently trained Tech Lancaster participants. We can also help arrange informal chats or formal interviews !

We are able to support employer connections to our current cohort until the end of March 2024 so if you would like to learn more please register below and we will send you further details!

Our current cohort of over 170 learners have undertaken our 12-week intensive bootcamp gaining experience such as:

• Foundation electronics theory
• Tutored virtual labs with breadboards and Arduinos
• skills in PCB soldering/assembly/repair/rework training with IPC certification (J-STD001/IPC610/IPC7711) 
• UK NQF level 3 Skills Bootcamp qualification counting as prior learning for apprenticeships and further study.
• Real confidence in handling electronics and circuitry.

Learners are all ages 19+ with a variety of education, experience, expertise and interests – from entry-level to degree-qualified, looking for roles in everything from IoT firmware development to electech/electronics manufacturing, as well as related support roles such as commercial and procurement.
