National Manufacturing Day 2025

Join Us for a Day of Electech Fun !!!

As part of Make UK’s National Manufacturing Day, Tech Lancaster will be hosting a day of hands-on electech fun suitable for all ages, and to showcase our local and national electronics and electech sector, including career planning and job opportunities at all levels.

Come along to learn more and have a tinker with robots, learn about circuit boards and electronics with interactive challenges, try your hand at coding real electech gadgets with Micro:bit’s, and generally have fun and get creative with electech !

The event will take place in the Storey Institute, Lancaster on the 25th September 2025 between 10am and 6pm. At the event there may also be a chance to book onto tours of electronics/electech facilities operating in the local area subject to availability. The event is open to the general public and is suitable for all ages – come along and have fun !
