Electech STEM Support for Schools and Colleges
FREE STEM & Electech Provisions for Schools!
Introduce your students and staff to the exciting world of electech, electronics and technology through our fully funded, hands-on session which are designed to spark curiosity and meet National Curriculum standards.
What is Electech?
Electech is the enabler of all things digital. It is the hardware and embedded software that allows products and processes to communicate, have power, have intelligence and situational awareness, be controlled, be automated and operate safely and even autonomously. There are also specific skills gaps where knowledge and capabilities required by industry are not being taught which is already resulting in a skills shorted in a high growth industry for jobs.
What will Students Learn?
We go beyond the national curriculum to introduce semiconductors, the building blocks of the electech industry. Using interactive materials such as snap circuits we deliver workshops in an agile, practical and fun way. To view National Curriculum details for electronics and our lesson objectives click here.
